Safer at Home Phase 2.5

Under Executive Order 163, North Carolina is under Safer At Home Phase 2.5 of lifting COVID-19 restrictions, effective 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4. Under this phase, people are also required, with some exceptions, to wear face coverings while out in public when physical distancing of 6 feet is not possible.

Executive Order 155, extends North Carolina’s Safer at Home Phase 2 restrictionsfor an additional five weeks until Friday, Sept. 11th. 

North Carolina will continue to stay paused in 
Safer at Home Phase 2 restrictions until at least Friday, Aug. 7, under Executive Order 151.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 147 - North Carolina will remain in Safer at Home Phase 2 until at least 5 p.m. on July 17th.  Face coverings must now be worn when people are in public places where physical distancing is not possible.
